Delivery date

Product will be shipped within 1 week after the event of each chef completes.


(1) No returns or exchanges will be accepted with the customer’s personal reason. We will only accept returns or exchanges if the failure is found and you give us notified to within 7 days of arriving product. (*If the exchanging product is out of stock, we will refund.)
Please email us with the title of “Returning (or Exchanging) of defective product” and include your Order No., Date of purchase, Name, Address, Phone number, Defective part, and Product name if you are requesting in exchange. We will respond you shortly. However, we do not accept any returns or exchanges if you have already used the product or any cases listed below.

  • - When we are not able to reach you to confirm receipt of your request e-mail and 7 days have gone by since receipt of the item.
  • - Product you caused damages (smell, dirt, scratches), or you have used, repaired, washed, or dry cleaned.
  • - Returned product (includes box and accessories) is extremely different condition comparing when we shipped out.
  • - Attached package which is part of the product is opened.
  • - Invoice, tag or label is torn or missing.
  • - Any other situations such as the returned product is not resalable condition.

(2) In case of delivering to the wrong address or receiving a defected product, we will refund the shipping cost.
Please send back the product within 7 days from receiving our notice of accepting returns. (Any returns or exchanges will not be accepted if more than 7 days is past from our notification) When you are returning the product, please include all the documents (such as a delivery slip) enclosed in the delivered box.
