GRANADA Ltd., (the "Company") and the COOK JAPAN PROJECT Official Online Shop (the "Website") provide services (the "Services") to any person who uses this website for purposes including browsing and making purchases (the "User") in accordance with these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Purchasing any product or service via the Website will constitute consent to be bound by these Terms. Accordingly, we ask that you read the contents of these Terms carefully. Registered Users can make reservation, cancel reservation and purchase goods on the Website “Membership Service Members" means an individual who applies for "membership service" in accordance with the procedure specified by the Company. Membership Service Members can make reservations for restaurants and purchase goods on the Website prior to other Registered Users. Please note we cannot respond to refund request of the Membership fee already paid. Registered User Information refers to the information concerning the attributes of the Registered User as disclosed to the Company by the Registered User, and information such as records concerning the Registered User's transactions. Article 3: User Registration Eligibility for User Registration Users who have undertaken the designated registration request procedure and have consented to these Terms will be eligible to become registered users after completing the designated registration procedure. The user registration procedure must be undertaken by the individual who wishes to become a Registered User. Under no circumstances will registration by proxy be approved. Registration requests from persons who have had their registration eligibility revoked in the past or any other persons deemed by the Company to be unsuitable may be refused. Entry of Registered User Information When undertaking the user registration procedure, please read all notices regarding the entry of information carefully, and enter the required information accurately on the designated entry form. When entering Registered User Information, it will not be possible to use special characters, old-style Chinese characters, or Roman numerals, etc. When characters of these types have been entered, the entered information will be revised by the Company. Registration number and Password Management (1) The Registered User's registration number and password may only be used by the Registered User. It may not be transferred or loaned to any third party. (2) We ask that you, as a Registered User, take responsibility for the management of your registration number and password. This includes taking measures to prevent others from gaining knowledge of your password, such as changing it on a regular basis. (3) Any declaration and transaction made with the Registered User's registration number and password will be regarded as an intent on the part of the Registered User. Article 4: Changes to registered Information In the event of changes to any of the Registered User Information that has been provided to the Company, including name and/or address, the Registered User must notify the Company promptly. The Company bears no responsibility for any damages that may occur as a result of the failure to update registered information as required. Please be aware that, even if the registered information has been updated, any transactions undertaken prior to the update will be completed on the basis of the information prior to the update. Article 5: Cancellation of Registration In the event that you, as a Registered User, wish to cancel your registration, please undertake the cancellation procedure. After the completion of the designated registration cancellation procedure, your registration will be canceled. Article 6: Fee payment method The payment for the restaurant reservation and goods purchase using this website, it needs to be online card payment (advance card payment) by the following method. Use separately determined credit card and pay the Company through the credit card company. The credit card that can be used for the settlement shall be limited to the credit card under the name of the Registered User him/herself. The Registered User shall not use any other person's credit card, enter false credit card information, nor any other action the Company deems inappropriate. The Company can ask for compensation against any loss or damages caused by the Registered User’s such conduct. When additional charge or purchase occurs in the use of the restaurant reserved using this website, the user shall pay the prescribed amount directly at the restaurant. Article 7: Cancellation of reservation When canceling all or part of the reservation, the Registered User is required to follow below procedure Cancellation of the reservation shall be made via the Website. In this case, there may be a cancelation fee as specified in the separately determined cancellation policy ("cancellation policy"). When the user does not show up on the reservation day without nofifying cancellation, the company treats it as cancellation of the reservation, and follows the same procedure as specified in the cancellation policy. When cancelation happens, the Company will refund after subtracting cancelation fee as specified in the cancellation policy from the payement made in advance by the Registered User. The refund will be made via the credit card used at the time of booking through the credit card company. Article 8: Change in Reservation When a reservation change is required, the Registered User shall make a change by the following procedure. In the changes of the reservation accompanying an increase in the payment ( such as increase in the number of people, use of additional services, etc.), the user shall make the change via this website. In the changes of the reservation accompanied by reduction of payment ( such as reduction in number of people, change of service contents, etc.) the user shall contact the restaurant to make the change. The changed payment amount after subtracting the cancellation fee shall be refunded via the credit card used at the time of booking through the credit card company. Article 9: Handling of User Information The Company will handle personal information of the Users collected through this service based on a separately determined private policy (“private policy”.). Article 10: Prohibitions 1. When using the Services (including using the service at the actual restaurant) the Registered User is prohibited from engaging in conduct as described by any of the following. Violating any law or ordinance, these Terms, any warning relating to the use of the Services, or any warning relating to shopping with the use of the Services, or breaching these Terms, etc., in any other form Harming the rights, interests, or reputation, etc., of the Company or any third party Engaging in conduct that carries the risk of adversely affecting the physical or mental well-being of a young person, criminal act, or engaging in any other conduct inconsistent with social standards Engaging in conduct that inconveniences or causes discomfort to another user or any other third party Entering false information Uploading, sending, or posting harmful code or emails, etc. Improperly accessing the Company's servers or other computers Lending or transferring the registered number or password to a third party, or sharing a password with a third party Canceling reservation without prior notice Use the Website for the purpose of resale seats or goods or for other commercial purposes Engaging in any other conduct judged by the Company improper 2. Article 11: Intellectual Property Rights Regarding copyrights, trademark rights, and all other intellectual property rights pertaining to designs, products, and logos, etc., including trademark rights, design rights, image rights, and copyrights, belong exclusively to the Company and/or COOK JAPAN PROJECT. Any use that involves downloading, reproducing, lending, transmitting, or displaying, etc., of these intellectual properties without the consent of the Company and/or COOK JAPAN PROJECT is prohibited by law. The sale or commercial distribution of any material that appears on the website is also prohibited by law.
