Those chefs leading the current culinary trend are from Spain, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Peru, Mexico, Thailand, Singapore, the USA etc. A journey of gastronomy is tempting but vast, deep and time-taking to explore oneself, but here, one can start the journey here in Tokyo.
