We require 8 days cancellation notice prior to the reservation date, otherwise we will charge a cancellation fee as below.
* 30% of the total payment will be charged if you cancel or make any changes from 7 to 6 days prior to your reservation date
* 50% of the total payment will be charged if you cancel or make any changes from 5 to 4 days prior to your reservation date
* 100% of your total payment will be charged if you cancel from 3 to 1 day prior to or no show on your reservation date
It will be automatically charged regardless the reason.
In addition, we may be forced to cancel all or part of the restaurant sales in certain cases, such as when the chef has difficulties to arrive in Japan by the scheduled date of the event, etc.
In that case, we will contact you by your registered email address.
Thank you for your understanding
In this case, we will refund the full amount for the fee paid in advance.
We will process the refund through your credit card company, so you do not have to apply for a refund yourself.
Please note that memorial goods which are already in the shipping process cannot be canceled.
