Before using the restaurant, please note:
▶You can enter the restaurant 30 minutes before the reservation time.
▶Reservations can be made only for customers over the age of 12.2


About payment method
▶Payment must be made in advance, by credit card, at the time of reservation. Online payment is required. When the card payment is completed, an email (“Reservation Completed") will be delivered to the customer's registered email address, so please check.
In the event that you don't receive any email, please check "My Page" order history.
▶We accept the following credit cards: VISA, MASTER, JCB, AMEX, DISCOVER, DINERS, PayPal, Alipay.

※Since personal information is involved, for inquiries concerning withdrawal, we would like our customers to personally contact each credit card company.

Cancel Policy
We require days cancellation notice prior to the reservation date, otherwise we will charge a cancellation fee as below
* 30% of the total payment will be charged if you cancel or make any changes from 7 to 6 days prior to your reservation date
* 50% of the total payment will be charged if you cancel or make any changes from 5 to 4 days prior to your reservation date
* 100% of your total payment will be charged if you cancel from 3 to 1 day prior to or no show on your reservation date
It will be automatically charged regardless the reason.

In addition, we may be forced to cancel all or part of the restaurant sales in certain cases, such as when the chef has difficulties to arrive in Japan by the scheduled date of the event, etc.
In that case, we will contact you by your registered email address.
Thank you for your understanding
we will refund the full amount for the fee paid in advance. We will process the refund through your credit card company, so you do not have to apply for a refund yourself.

Please note that memorial goods which are already in the shipping process cannot be canceled.
